Bakwan Cumi Bumbu Kunyit

Bahan-Bahan :

150  gram cumi, potong bulat tipis
sendok makan tepung terigu
lembar daun mangkokan, iris tipis
3/4  sendok teh garam
 
Bumbu  halus :
butir bawang merah
siung bawang putih
1/2  sendok teh ketumbar
buah cabai merah
cm kunyit
  Minyak untuk menggoreng

Cara Mengolah :
 

1. Aduk cumi dengan tepung terigu, daun mangkokan, dan garam.
2. Masukkan bumbu halus.
3. Aduk rata, lalu sendokkan sedikit demi sedikit ke minyak panas.
4. Goreng sampai kering dan matang.
